We offer an exchange service only within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in case of a manufacturing defect, wrong size, or wrong product.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with complete packaging.
You can also inspect the order before receiving it, and if there is a size error or the material does not meet expectations, you can refuse to accept and return the product immediately.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. We contact the customer by phone the day after the order is placed to confirm the details, and the order is not processed or shipped until confirmation.
Delivery within the Arab Republic of Egypt takes 2 to 3 business days depending on the governorate, with shipping services available to all governorates.
