We offer an exchange service only within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in case of a manufacturing defect, wrong size, or wrong product.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with complete packaging.
You can also inspect the order before receiving it, and if there is a size error or the material does not meet expectations, you can refuse to accept and return the product immediately.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. We contact the customer by phone the day after the order is placed to confirm the details, and the order is not processed or shipped until confirmation.
Delivery within the Arab Republic of Egypt takes 2 to 3 business days depending on the governorate, with shipping services available to all governorates.
Shipping fees are clearly stated before completing the order, and there are no hidden costs. The shipping company will also contact you by phone before delivery to confirm the address and delivery time.
If delivery of the order is not possible, the customer can contact us to reschedule the delivery time. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
